Applying our Heat Transfer Stickers is quick and effortless. You can use a heat press, handheld press, or even a household iron to transfer your design with ease. The heat-activated powder backing ensures a strong bond to the garment while maintaining a soft, comfortable feel.
Follow these simple steps for a flawless transfer:
Step 1: Position Your Design
- Make sure the fabric is smooth and wrinkle-free for even application.
- Place the Heat Transfer Sticker on the garment with the design facing up.
- Place heat-resistant parchment paper on top of your Heat Transfer Sticker before apply heat to prevent shifting (optional).
Step 2: Apply Heat
- Household Iron: Use the highest cotton setting with no steam, press firmly for 30–40 seconds, ensuring even pressure.
- Heat Press: You can set to 310°F (155°C) with medium to high pressure and press for 13–15 seconds. However, we recommend following the manufacturer’s heat and pressure recommendations.
Step 3: Peel the Film
- Wait 15-20 seconds, then peel the film off.
- If any part of the design doesn’t stick, lay the film back down and apply heat again for a few extra seconds.
Step 4: Final Press for Durability
Cover the design with parchment paper and press again for 10–15 seconds to enhance adhesion.
- Wash garments inside out in cold water for best longevity.
- Tumble dry on low heat or hang dry.
- Avoid bleach and fabric softeners to preserve vibrancy.
We accept all file types, but vector files (such as AI, EPS, or SVG) are highly recommended for the sharpest results.
If you’re uploading raster images (PNG, JPG, PSD), ensure they are at least 300 DPI at the actual print size to maintain clarity and detail.

- Heat transfer stickers are specifically made for fabric and bond seamlessly to garments when heat is applied.
