APPLICATION INSTRUCTION
Follow these simple steps for a flawless transfer:
Step 1: Position Your Design
- Make sure the fabric is smooth and wrinkle-free for even application.
- Place the Iron-on DTF Transfer on the garment with the design facing up.
- Place heat-resistant parchment paper on top of your Iron-on DTF Transfer before apply heat to prevent shifting (optional).
Step 2: Apply Heat
- You can use either household iron or heat press, set to 310°F (155°C) and press for 20-30 seconds with medium pressure.
- NOTE: It's a good idea if you have a sample to test first before proceeding with your Iron-on DTF Transfer.
Step 3: Peel the Film
- Wait 15-20 seconds for your Iron-on DTF Transfer to cool down, then peel the film off.
- If any part of the design doesn’t stick to the garment, lay the film back down and apply heat again for a few extra seconds.
Step 4: Final Press for Durability
Cover the design with parchment paper and press again for 15-20 seconds to enhance adhesion.
CARE INSTRUCTION
- Wash garments inside out in cold water for best longevity.
- Tumble dry on low heat or hang dry.
- Avoid bleach and fabric softeners to preserve vibrancy.
ARTWORK FILE RECOMMENDATIONS
We accept all file types, but vector files (such as AI, EPS, or SVG) are highly recommended for the sharpest results.
If you're uploading raster images (PNG, JPG, PSD), ensure they are at least 300 DPI at the actual print size to maintain clarity and detail.
Additionally, designs should not contain any elements with opacity lower than 100% to ensure proper transfer quality.
